I enjoyed my stay; however, my room could have been a little cleaner. The reason for my score is that housekeeping could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the room. I have to say the staff ALL that I came in contact with were pleasant, especially front desk attendant Latasha. She made me feel welcome every night I was there. The hospitality she displayed was remarkable. I love that the hotel has parking lot security watching over your vehicle at night; it made me feel at ease. The location was perfect—just a mile or so from downtown and not far from restaurants. I would continue to stay here on my visits to Cleveland.

Great room - simple with all the things you need for an overnight. Very happy with how clean it was. Service was wonderful and friendly for both front desk and cafe staff for breakfast.. I love Hilton for all those reasons. Plenty of free parking less than a mile from the clinic.

I wish the gym was bigger and had 15 and 10 pound dumbbells. Also, many guests weren't great about cleaning up after themseleves. The staff had their hands full for sure. It would also be nice if the heaters weren't so loud. Hard to sleep thru the noise!

The staff was courteous and very helpful, the hotel has a welcoming, youthful vibe, and the Lavassa coffee in the morning is the best!! Our room and beds were very comfortable, and the parking lot is big, free, and easy to access. I'll be back!

I'd like to start out by saying that all staff was very kind and courteous. They were the redeeming quality on my weekend trip. Breakfast was clean and fully stocked so that was great. The room had hair on the sink and a big hairball on the ground when I first walked in. Spacing in the room felt awkward and one light on the wall had been ripped off. The bathroom door did not latch. There was no microwave in the room either which was inconvenient, had to go downstairs to heat up food. Also the microwave was on the lowest shelf which was very awkward for my 6ft boyfriend. The ice bucket looked like an old giant cool whip container. For almost $200 a night, I just expected more. I think cleaning staff just needs more employees. I only saw one all weekend. I felt bad for her, she was doing her best.

Cozy, deep bath in a spacious bathroom. Bizarre number of grab bars in the shower, but I liked it. Huge TV. Comfy he'd and pillows. Decent price.

Paulina front desk I must say was wonderful very professional and very humorous full of joy delightful. Me and my associates enjoyed our stay. Staff very nice only thing was bad teenagers standing around outside in the parking lots. Security tryed to remove them need armed security he was hopeless out there.
